When it comes to Prince I don´t think it is possible to reach a consensus... And that is what I love about him.

It was a muscular new version of the outtake we first might have heard. Tony M works in this case. It's also one of the most dramatic "only prince would do that" beginnings. That start is like a slap in the face coming off the calm ballad aftermath of dialog before.

"Days of Wild" Studio version

Such an interesting scifi calm cool rap mix. Not conventional funk.

I really love HitNRun Phase 1...the whole album. I am still shocked how much I love it as I remember when it was released, it was the first Prince album I didn't know anything about or hear any opinions before I heard it, and loved it immediately. Then I saw it torn apart on here. I see a lot of people especially dumping on Million $ Show, but my ears dig it.

Apollonia 6's version of Sex Shooter compared Vanity's.

Casual "Purple Rain" fans may like it, but I've generally found that dot org types I've talked about this with prefer the latter and all but shit on Apollonia.
