I understand what you mean, mountains is a bit wall-of-soundy, but it's an amazing wall of sound.

large room has got the most amazing chorus melody, amazing backing vocals, with that samba or bosa nova beat (I'm someonwho knows will correct me)... there are so many layers, that's what makes it sound good. I can't wait to hear a properly mastered version of it at some point

For me I love all of Princes songs as I love all childrens art work...as we go thru this thing called life our art reflects our stages, the process from start to finish... I do look forward to hearing songs from the vault.....opinions included.. I respect everyones opinion, however, I agree to disagree....there is not a song I hate....loveandkindness

I listened to "Roadhouse Garden" yesterday. The live version. I've never cared for it. As Prince says, "We're just jamming". Maybe the studio version is better but the live version never tripped my trigger.

I'm with you on the "hate" thing. I don't hate anything. There are Prince songs I don't care for, but I don't hate them.

Half of the 1999 album, i don't hate it. But some of the songs are annoying.
