Please tell me I'm wrong cuz it's making me sad..and I'm thinking about what P said on George Lopez's show about people stealing from him.

If I had the money I'd buy them back and donate them to the estate for display where they belong...PP.

Is it any wonder he was almost forced to be a pack rat? Anything he threw out would have been dumpster dived for and sold.

If he threw them away I'm cool with that, but it's the thought of someone stealing them that bothers me cuz he knew people stole from him and he looked sad when he told that on Lopez. The audience even went, "Awwwwwww".

Awards are given to anyone who worked on the project. Could be engineers or anyone Prince wanted to have one. The clothes he may have given away or thrown out and I am sure some was stolen because he said some of his stuff had been stolen.

Cuz honestly to think of P as generous as he was turning out to have his stuff stolen and sold just is sad.

I went to the auction site to see and most of the items are credited to folks that used to work for him. Most items start at $200 but the final prices are quite large. Go check it out some of the items are really cool.

Yes I saw that show and yes Prince said it............. I can only assume the property of Prince that peeps post online to sell is stolen .... guitars, LP wall award displays, etc., no way to prove it.............

Then again, there are quite a few notes, and a signed contract fro Prince to star as the Kid in Purple Rain going for $15k and they have the gall to charge $250 extra for a letter of authenticity.
