Majesty

According to social media, Prince's dove, Majesty has passed. Prince has 19 doves painted at Paisley and 2 live Doves to make 21. Majesty should be replaced. He had 21 for a reason.

Oh, please, DO TELL! Is it because he knew he was going to give up the ghost in an elevator with his clothes on backwards????? Did he plan his death in an Otis on the bottom floor of his recording studio????

His Dove Divinity was used on the front cover of the JApanese Promo 7" Syndicate, has "Another Lonely Christmas A side" the same Dove was used in the Purple Rain World Tour program!

He liked his Doves!

That's way longer than the expected lifespan.

I wonder if they were replaced, like when a goldfish dies. If so, did he know?

What did he do with them when he was gone for months/years at a time?

He moved to Toronto and LA for about seven years.
Did he take them?
Maybe that's what the little animal carriers were for?

I guess the doves were taken care of so well and were so unstressed that they simply lived beyond thier estimated lifespans, but I wonder how much P interacted with them...I mean they must miss him after all these months.

They were definitely well taken care of and tended. Ever notice how clean those cages always were?
PP always seemed spotless to this outsidee.
We had a bird. Messy. Seeds. Pooping everywhere in the cage. These two were like Prince.
