The "D" word.

Opiods are a HUGE issue in this country. Instead of putting our heads in the sand and ignore the issue, it should be put to the forfront.

Something good needs to come out of this. Preteneding it didnt happen or ignoring it is the WRONG thing to do.

And ther size of this communitry could do some great things, instead you're going to pretend nothing happened....

Shame on you Admins.

The U.S. is addicted to everything. Fast food, coffee, oil, and meds. Look at the sheer frequency of drug ads on TV during any particular show. Everything is a condition, and there's a goddamn pill to fix it. I barely take an Advil, so I'll never get on some medication that big pharma wants to shove down my gullet. Opioids are not a fixer, they're a way to assure customers keep returning for a lifetime (without a huge amount of therapy and detox to get off them).

For Prince to take them is really no different than anyone else. People have pain, people want relief, people get drugs. The rich get them even easier.

But God forbid cannabis oil be outlawed. Even fucking Montel Williams, who has Muscular Dystrophy, has lived a relatively normal life by using cannabis product. Children, with one tiny drop of oil, find relief from epileptic seizures, Tourettes, and more. But pot bad - pills güd.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Shame on you for not following the rules

no no no!

Yep. Cannabis would lead to a decrease in 'Official drugs' (pills and such) that's why the fucking terror campaign against weed still has devoted followers.
