Here is an article that mentions the demolition of a house in 2005.

--If you look in the Carver county website their are no properties ever listed in Foreclousure. Just late tax payments. I also believe these issues started when he was going thru the divorce and dealing with Patrick Cousins. Also I noticed on mortgages listed on any of the properties he owned.

The article is from 2011 (April 21, 2011 to be exact). The issues may have started when he was going through the divorce, but why did the issues continue for 4+ years?

generally, p. cousins is a con artist. while prince was alive cousins tried organized and promoted concerts and such claiming that prince would be there, in order to collect the advances and fees, even after prince fired him. since prince's death, cousins has represented people making claims against the estate and sold a landmark church in north minne out from under the nose of the estate and pocketed the cash. and that's just the stuff that's been reported, heaven knows what else he's done.

Just cause she had to pay for a ticket doesn't mean anything. She went to one of his shows post divorce & he hugged her. She even stated that she reached out to him & they cleared the air as both of them were living in LA. They were cordial maybe not close but cordial.

Obviously you did not read her FB post where she sarcastically stated she was "approved by her ex to attend the concert..."but that he said she had to pay her own way. She flat out took it as a diss, then told her FB friends not to "hate on the artisit, like him for his music if you'd like", but that she was clearly upset.,.and said she wasn't even going to go to the concert afterall.
