Where did the rumor of the Vault material come from? I have not heard of this and I am curious now.

I have a hard time believing that Prince's post WB releases plus the vault is only worth $40M-$50M. This is what the family tweeted. Not exactly a denial of that story but good to hear nonetheless. It is your world. You are looking at two people who are not even involved with the estate as suspicious but ignoring people who traveled with him and were around on a day to day basis and one who went out and got a attorney who specializes in Rx abuse cases. Why not just an ordinary criminal attorney?

You got LM who claims the was Prince's best buddy who wants to sell all of the music off and get a 10% percent commission for himself and nothing seems off to you.

According to this article it is a licensing deal which would be the most profitable thing to do and is something Prince did from time to time with lables.

He had three warehouses as well as the PP downstairs vault.

I have heard of the multiple vaults, but not that some vaults were excluded from the family. I know from reports that Bremer had to drill into the PP vault for access as Prince was the only one with the code.

Perhaps after some time, the location and contents of these 3 vaults will be revealed.

There is a rumor that a third vault exsist. Prince did own a few storage facilities and Paisley Park had a basement with more stuff in it. I also think the story about the bank running to Paisley Osrk immediatly to open the vault is tabloid bullshit. The bank had to secure the facilty but I doubt drilling open the vault was there first activity. I also do not know why anyone else would know the combination to the vault when stuff was stolen in the past.

-/Why would anyone think anybody else would have code or key?

I stumbled across it when I was putting a timeline together that I posted on the Death thread. I could be loosing my mind. Paraphrasing what I thought I read was that Bremer called a sound tech/engineer to PP. He got there, they asked for the combo and he replied only Prince had the combo. I guess they thought others may have access because they worked on tracks?

Lastly, in the 11-30-16 accounting file, there is locksmith charges (which could be anything) but there are Vault/Safe repairs of $8173.73 in charges which made me believe it was drilled.

Anyways, I guess it is really not all that important.

I was looking in my thumb drive, but my lists are gone. Which sucks cos my claims list is included in that. I am not sure if I will rebuild it now.

Again, maybe I crossed articles up since I was reading so much stuff. I know the Chanhassen News site had a lot of interesting tidbits. Nothing substantial but interesting.

Do we know that for certain? Where was it reported? Again if he's suspicious why is he involved in the PP museum? Why is he often there greeting people as they do tours? The museum is one thing that seems to be doing well and is something that the family supports/promotes.

Kirk got slammed so bad at the beginning of this by the fanbase. I mean if he did go to Switzerland for a little bit could you blame him. It only takes one or two with a lynch mob mentality to make life absolutely miserable. In fact every name connected gets slammed continuously. Everybody is guilty.
