1--The $7 million to the estate would help pay the tax bill that was due to be filed on January 21st. Despite the claims about "greedy relatives", they will likely get very little UNTIL the tax bill is finalized and the first (substantial) payments made to the IRS and State of Minnesota. Bremer (correct spelling) actually had the tax documents ready to be filed. It will be only a partial payment with more assets (and income) adjudicated over time. There's no way the entire bill will be paid all at once.
2--The tribute concert was put together hastily, at likely great expense, due to fan outcry. It kept falling apart because too many people were involved. Londell was everyone's hero when he finally got it going, and now he's the bad guy. With the high expenses AND the smaller venue, it's likiely that there IS no $7 million for the estate. Only a full accounting will tell the truth and that's what Tyka and Omarr are trying to force. In a big fight like this, I'm not going to demonize any side. .
Why? The side that should be demonized is the professionals who did not conduct themselves in a professional manner. It does not matter it the concert revenue was $7.00 the money goes to the estate and should be accounted for. No sane person would expect the tax bill to be paid all at once however in no why should the family have to guess where the money wet to. If Londell was doing a good job he would be staying on as the rep and he has not been asked to stay.

It was Jobu that promised $7 mil in revenue to the Estate for the Tribute Concert and then they backed out. If I recall correctly the Estate gave Jobu $2 mil to begin work on the Tribute Concert. When it fell apart, they returned the $2 mil minus Londell's commission. We dont know how much the Tribute Concert made at this time or how much Londell made off the concert, and after party which Omarr and Tyka allege he also exploited P's likeness and music without payment.

PRNFamily just tweeted: Dearest Purple Family Plans are in the works for 2017 to bring us all closer together Let #TruthHarmonyLove guide us all Peace, Love & Light I also noticed the PRiNCeFAMCLUB retweeted someone thanking Londell for the tribute concert. I think there can be no doubt now that he's behind that twitter account/fan club. Weird. Paisley Park is in your heart

Neither of them ever confirmed they were participating (unlike Anita Baker who did), which makes one wonder if they were ever really scheduled to perform or if their names were added to sell tickets. Are they managed by someone/some company associated with Londell? Paisley Park is in your heart

Am I wrong that Tyka, Omar, and the family also exploited more funds by charging an outlandish price at the after party for fans to be able to meet and greet them? I seem to recall a VERY high price just to be able to say hi to someone. How can they justify taking money like that from fans? I do believe Londell was a down and dirty in all this but let's not look at Tyka and family as complete saints in this either in how they charge a big fee just for fans to say hi. Just like the upcoming price to see the Paisley Park event in april. Those prices are often equal to one months car payment, rent/mortgage, or something NEEDED that many folks can't afford. How do they justify those?

Londell is an officer of the court to hold a competing after party and then not have the money from that party go to estate is unethical and tacky. He was brought in to monitize the estate not in rich himself. The things he is being accused of are very serious. Being an officer of the court in matters of the estate is very different then being a private cutizen throwing a party.

They have to pay the bills some how and those VIP tickets for the event in April didn't have any problems selling out.

There is a rumor that Meron works for Londell and we know Kirk Johnson works at Paisley Park. It is possible that all of these people are being taken care of and that they really believed that Londel was doing the right thing by the estate.
What is disturbing is the fact that Breamer did not oversee Londell's or Koppleman's activities?
Assests from the concert do not appear on the inventory sheet. Tyka and Omarr are doing the right thing questioning where the money went to since he should have gone to the estate.
The question about the funds should have been asked by Breamer.
I think Conamerica will go out and find a Estate lawyer and a Entertainment lawyer to put things right. It took a long time but once the right people were put in place on the Jimi Hendrix estate things started to get down and revenue started to come in.
Unfortunatly, it only takes one greedy ass person to wreck things and it is good that Londell only has a six month reign.
Londell and Koppleman are still acting on the music side. Welcome to "the org", laytonianโฆ come bathe with me.

When you logged in to get tickets there was a special section to click for VIP tickets and this where the tickets were for the meet and greet the family were located. The price was $500 PER PERSON!

-/// She is listed as the manager of the LLC on the state websites. I believe she was still working for the LLC when Prince's passed. It will be interesting to see what happens with her claims.

IMO the family charged for the meet and greet because the family needed money, and this was a way to make some. It may seem a bit unusual, but meet and greets of celebrities can run up to $1500 to $2000 per person, so ... As far as Phaedra is concerned, wasn't she listed originally as a California lawyer who called Dr. Kornfeld? Supposedly, someone working for Prince called a person in New York who said to call Phaedra to address the medical emergency enveloping Prince. Now, I guess, she isn't an attorney, and there are a host of questions surrounding her relationship to Prince's business(es), and she wants to be held harmless and to have documents sealed? Okay ...

Well legally speaking it does not matter why the family had a party it matters concerning Londell. It was unethical of him to use Prince's name to in rich himself while representing the estate. You know he had a Emancipation party out in L.A. In addition, he needs to account for any revenue from the concert.
