Somebody help me out....at around the 18:15 - 18:40 mark in "Junk Music" theres this horn line that I know i've heard before.

I'm thinking its from an instrumental around late 80's era, but i've gone through all the madhouse stuff etc, and I cant place it. Anybody got the answer?
