I was in the pub last night and they had big ben on the telly but I couldn't hear anything. Kind of happy I couldn't because if I'd of heard I think I'd of started crying! Gonna re-watch the whole show later. I heard they closed with Bowie too. | |

I suspect London in particular is probably well up there if we compiled how many gigs he played per city. ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

The Prince mix at the start was really clevery done, it sounded brilliant with the fireworks display. Got me teared up a little, it was a glorious moment when the full beat of 1999 kicked in. I was glad to see Prince get such a prominent feature in the display. Sadly it reminded me though that Prince is no longer with us... RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |
