Best of the official 10+-minute songs Original songs only (no remixes allowed). This is just from memory of Prince/NPG songs - let me know if I've missed any out or any of these are less. Many more are 9 minutes (Automatic etc.) and narrowly miss out.

The album track of Johhny clocks in at 10'20" but the band doesn't actually start playing the song until after 1'08". ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

Yes, it does, and it kicks butt. Unfortunately, it's only available on the videocassette with audience sound on it - I would absolutely love the full studio version of this. My main memory of this was hearing it about 20 times in a row waiting for Prince to come on stage at Wembley Stadium, July 31st 1993. People were getting mad. It was all good when Prince came on, until he went into the Thunder medley, when people's anger got triggered again.  | |
