This is one of the best articles that I have read about his death. It hits home because I feel the same way he does.

The writer accurately depicts the unexplainable loss that so many of us felt when Prince passed on...

So sad. The pictures compliment the article, the landscape even looks like it's mourning, I know it's because of the time of year..but still. I got a sense of how grief really is a solitary and private pain in the end.
Baby, you're a star.

As I was reading "Take Me With You" here:

"...which would later be set to the song “Take Me With You” — were the cows. Beautiful, stoic cows ambling their black and white bodies across a bright green field. Apollonia’s voice echoed once again in my ears."

I had his music on and he began to sing "Take Me with You"; from the concert in Rio (part I) you just posted http://prince.org/msg/7/437229

That made my day biggrin

This is the exact type of article I began searching for back in April when I was trying to make sense of my own feelings and grief. The timing of reading it just now is kind of amazing because out of the blue this week I've been extra sad about Prince after weeks and weeks of just focusing on the positive. Maybe it's the time of year, easier to slip into a funk. Thank you, Latin for posting it!

What a beautifully written heart felt article. I understood and felt all the sadness and confusion that was expressed. I wanted the article to go on forever. When I was done my screen was covered in tears. Thank you for sharing your feelings and experience. And thank you Latin for all your posts.
