I took at look at when it happened (when I imported the cd) - July 9 @ 8:16am. 7th month of the year, 9th day of that month. Counted the days & it's 79 days from April 21. I know I'm looking for meaning, I felt so silly even looking & counting, but it is curious...

Just today I was reminded of how much he left us with, & that he'll never truly be "gone". It's a cloudy day in the Bay & as I was thinking of how dark it is today, the song pops in my head - "You wanna leave me baby, leave me in the dark" I've said it before - EVERYTHING is a Prince song. He's everywhere, in our hearts & minds & that's a beautiful thing. Clearly I'm still trying to cope, but this was comforting today.
