I got mine at HMV in the UK> it did not include the Piano CD.

From what I remember the retail version has no piano cd. And it has an EAN code on de ONA-live box, which the npgmc version has not. How many even where sold I don't know.

All the NPGMC boxsets contained the piano CD. Which was a nice gift for those of us who already had it (and its scarcity meant that selling it on ebay would have immediately paid for the year's membership). In reality, I suspect it was easier to include the CD with all shipments, rather than work out who already had it.
