Watch before its pulled down.. Fun clip... I am afraid to say what it is because I want it to remain.
Nice vocals by P, subtle arrangement of Something in the Water...Bad dancing by a certain tall Amazonian...(love her though). Prince was a confident man to put a woman that tall as his muse.

One more..
Its Montreux 2013 full footage.
The only thing I don't like about some of this footage is P's tendency to let the audience take the chorus. That's probably fun if you are there but in a recording of a performance it kind of annoys me. I would rather hear him do it.

Its Sign of the Times, Love Bizzaar, Hot thang. Fun as hell.

Here is another gem that would be better if it was in better condition and the audience wasn't drowning it out a bit.. but it worth hearing --Wait in Vain, If Eye were ur girlfriend and a little speech about Robert Redford and Barbra Streisand.

Did you see them and what did you think?

Agree. That, and the background singers taking over whole songs such as Strays of the World. This performance is good but I think his 2009 performances were much tighter due to less audience participation and less talking on stage....just sheer energy, full songs, full lyrics and a very, very tight performance. I would have loved to hear him sing Strays of the World just one time live on stage but the fact that he didn´t sing it made me feel less enthusiastic about it. It´s a song that, in my opinion, should´ve been sung by Prince only. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

On the other hand isn't it gonna be pulled down because it's been posted here? Lots of pro-shot, I'm not sure but isn't some of this so far unseen and if so, where does it come from? Unless it's from those zillion streams P put online those last few years? I saw a huge pile of pro shot Montreux Jazz Festival DVDs at a record store the other day, including Chick Corea, George Clinton etc. etc. but of course no Prince DVD. But...they all had that same Montreux Jazz Festival logo that you can see in the corner of the 2009 shows as well, so I assume that all shows were shot professionally not only by Prince´s team but also the Montreux staff and it´s just a matter of copyright or licences whether we´ll see a legit release or not. The 2009 show is so great, it definitely deserves a release and should be saved for posterity. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! Yes databank they are all from Montreux 2013. . .
. Actually the second clip is from the end of the opening of the show, they played about 20 minute powerpacked opening and then Prince took the whole band off with "they're not ready for us" after Cool. As a stunt it fell pretty flat, coz there's going to be a riot if brother's out with 6 songs after the show had started late about an hour.In all truth both the band and the crowd needed a breather at that point. . For those pointing out they dont like the crowd singing, it's not an album it's a live show and those in the crowd I can assure you had no problem with that. . I attended all 3 shows and IMO Night 3 with 3rdeyegirl was the best of the 3 shows. It was the last Prince concert I attended and as much as that in itself is bitter sweet, I feel very forrtunate that I had more than one opportunity to see Prince in concert..
.
. .
. I have never seen this before either....seems like a draft promo video with 3 different sources spliced togther and loosely synched audio. There are some blank parts at the end when Rosie joins. Wonder what project it was meant for..... .
. I believe the footage is from George Lopez performance and used as tie in to promote both TNT's NBA playoff coverage and the 21 night stand series in LA.

Thx I'll have to compare with Lopez. Very intrigued about Daddy Pop: liner notes say "hardly seen" which seems to indicate it was once aired somewhere. A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

The third night with 3rdeyegirl is my presonal favourite. Can watch this over and over again The part that touched me the most is when Prince sang Breakdown. He was tearing up at the end of the song, wiping tears from his face. It got me emotional as well... [Edited 12/12/16 12:34pm] 'cause you got to know...how I feel about you babe

The performance of Dark is amazing. (I wasn't familiar with this song before this video. Come isn't exaclty the easiest album to find these days.) The Something in the Water performance was okay, I'm not a huge fan of that song. I actually like the live version better...sounds very different than the recording.
