WTF is Unchristian about the name Ahmir? Just because it's Arabic? Come on, lots of Christian Arabs have Arabic names. Not all Christians have Latin, Hebrew or Greek names. Likewise, lots of people have names from the Bible, but are not Christians.

So anyway, is there a repository of the Prince essays up anywhere? I haven't read most of them and i'd like to give them a look some time.

what kind of essays? the articles that are referenced in this thread are on the org. if u search for mojiicas, boy gregory, some mayte and emancipation threads you should be able to read them. many of the articles were cut and pasted into the threads.

Sam Jennings had all of them posted when he put up the Prince Museum website, but the estate made him take the site offline. He still has all of the content so hopefully he can work out an agreement with the estate.

It was the best Prince rememberance we have had since he passed and they made sam him take it down.
