I mean, it's a Twitter reference. It's not hard to figure out. At all. But maybe it's not as easy for others, despite it being plain as day.

Honestly, I am just old enough that I still think "pound" when I see it.

It's a Twitter campaign. There's a Bowie billboard as well, in NYC with the hashtag.
