Oh my god, how could I have missed a "George Michael thread??" .. Well it would be cool if Prince wrote a song 4 GM.. and GM would perform it... though Gm is a wonderful writer as well.. can't imagine Prince performing one of Gm's song.. Imagine Prince singing "Wake Me up before you go go" or "careless whisper" or something like that?? it just wouldn't be right!  So I guess it would be the best if Prince wrote the song and Gm would perform it!.. WE can always hope you know  | |

If this is true than it probably dates back to about 94 or

Prince did comment on George Micheal several years ago. It might have even been in the 94 Vibe interview, I can't remember. But basically Prince was saying how he sympathized with George Micheals own struggle with his label.
"Freedom 90" would be a great song for Prince to cover. | |
