Not going to go anywhere near the rest of ya'll are going. The speech that Tyka gave left out a thank you to the fans {especially those that were constantly saying go vote go vote}. {So glad this election is over as well} That was our thank you nothing more or less. And since for ounce fam worked my nerves-I say your welcome.

Prince sent cease and desist letters to websites devoted to him like Housequake.com and Princefams.org, filed a lawsuit against 22 individuals for copyright infringement. Let's not act like Prince didn't "target fans".

COOP: I would like to agree with you, but I'm not sure that I can. When times are tough, families don't always pull together. They will completely ignore family if they are in struggle not wanting to be bothered with them, no matter what the situation. Families are cold sometimes. This family is in the public eye. I'm sure that they want to put their best "appearance" forward. You have to know that when there is that much money involved, there is going to be friction and chaos. That's just normal. But you did state that Prince had helped his sister through her past struggles. Does it not seem strange to you that IF Prince did indeed had an addiction, she would have been very well aware of it whether he stated it to her or not? She had been there, done it, and was supposedly recovering. What did she do to assist him? She would have known how and where to get help like no one else in his circle. Yet it seems that his staff was left to deal with it. I'm asking... not being argumentative.

The speach was touching I agree. But I'm still questioning so much at this stage. The one thing that I am sure of is that Prince deserved the AMA award and he won it. "To me talk is cheap.... show me what you got."

Cease and desist for copyright infrigement which could have been lawsuits. I don't see the problem with telling fans to knock off illegal behavior.

Nothing wrong with this appropriate gesture of saying thanks for the AMA votes. If you love Prince then there's nothing his biological family has to prove to anyone because they are his family, exclusively. We are outsiders who won't see one cent of Prince's wealth fall into our hands, so I guess we'll keep our day jobs. If you don't like our President Obama, then you must don't like Prince either so why are you here??
