Is 4ever remastered/remixed??

Just got the download of 4ever and haven't had the time to listen to it...curious to know if the songs from the 70s-80s have been remastered/remixed? My current digital versions of the songs from Prince to around Lovesexy are super low in volume and a bit tinny. Hopefully, they've been brightened a bit...
