Prince is in Heaven Prince is in Heaven. He made it. He wants everybody to stop being sad and depressed because he's gone. His life wasn't about being sad. He's not an ordinary angel, he has an important position. He said don't be quick to judge people on Earth because there are a lot of righteous people here. That's all I was told. I knew there was something special about that guy. Thats why so much music flowed through him | |

I was very distraught when his body was cremated so quickly. If he is in heaven is he still in the body that we all knew and loved? | |

To answer your question: Yes,Prince is in the same body he had on earth. He has a glorified body (new body). There are two scriptures in the bible that explain this. 1. First Corinthians 15:42-44 42. So also is the Resurrection of the dead. (Some Saints, due to greater faithfulness, will have greater glory than others, which is the point of the previous verse); it is sown in corruption (refers to the grave); it is raised in incorruption (refers to the Glorified Form and the type of Body God will provide): 43. It is sown in dishonour (refers to the awful indignity of "dust to dust"); it is raised in glory (the same body, but glorified); it is sown in weakness (death); it is raised in power (life) 44. It is sown a natural body (was energized by "blood," before death); it is raised by a Spiritual Body (energized by the Holy Spirit, not blood, and will be of immortal substance). There is a natural body (which we now have), and there is a Spiritual Body.(The Glorified Body of our Lord is the example, and our Glorified Body will be like His. Philippians 3:21 21. Who shall change our vile body (the Resurrection), that it may be fashioned like unto His Glorious Body (every Saint will have a Glorified Body), according to the working whereby He is able even to subdue all things unto Himself. I.B.T.M. Is this "a political topic"? Or "a religious topic"? Whichever one it is, it doesn't sound like "Music" to my ears. Probably not to The Jehovah's Witnesses ears either, for that matter. Sunday school class is down the hall and to "the right" ; د )

I completely agree. Prince is in Heaven with Jesus. He believed Jesus was the Son of God (me too) and one day we will see Prince in Heaven. You're right, Prince has a new body and Prince is singing for Jesus right now. He's not sad at all. He shared what he believed with so many people. He sure is missed though.

What continues to amaze me is what I see as a kind of meanness displayed by prince FAM/fans. Yes, I joined after Prince's death so it is taking me a minute to accept the fact that although Prince spoke passionately about loving each other and being there for one another, a lot of folks on here don't seem to subscribe to that notion. So I am clearly beginning to see that there are those that simply loved/love/like the music, but reject the other aspects that encompassed the artists; which I find a little odd and sad. And yes I know that the history of the org has included bashing/dogging/posting rude comments about Prince himself; so I shouldn't be surprised. Anyway OP, thanks for the content behind your message : celebrate and honor Prince by being happy and not sad. Peace and blessings. | |
