I want 2 be just like Prince in so many ways. 1st of all he was a very spiritual man. For as long as i can remember he always gave God all of the glory. I remember all of the controversy in the 80's concerning Prince and his sexual lyrics and praising God at the same time. He was very young when he became a musician but he was old enough 2 acknowledge his higher power. I've heard many of his song of him praising his heavenly father. " THE CROSS, ONE SONG, GOD IS ALIVE, ETC. Every time i see a picture of Prince with his finger pointing 2 the heavens, I'm like Awww. He has proven that a rich man can inter Gods Kingdom. If Jesus asked him he would walk away from it all. Through all the fame he was never a shame 2 acknowledge his his heavenly father.

2nd i never realize that he was such a cheerful giver. Since Prince left us I've heard how he's helped so many organizations. Not once has he boast about how he has helped so many people. Jehovah God will reward us when we don't brag about how we've helped other's.

3rd I've heard so many people say that Prince called them and invited them 2 his home. He notice the talent they had by watching them on the internet and he believed in them. It's like he enjoyed giving back. He seem 2 be so humble. I wish i could have been bless 2 share some of my lyrics with him.

4th Prince lived life 2 the fullest, he was a go get her! ( JUST A FIGURE OF SPEECH )

i remember reading his biography,i believe at the age of 15yrs old he formed his first band Grand Central and he signed with Warner Bro when he was 18 years old. He was forced 2 leave home i believe when he was 14yrs old. He cried in a telephone booth begging 2 come back home. Smelling food while being hungry, children picking on him because he was small and sleeping in his friends basement. All of this had 2 be traumatizing.No wonder he always had his guards up and he had a few people who he consider friends.

I would have love 2 have had a conversation with him. We have so much in common. At the age of 18yrs old my mother put me on the greyhound bus and sent me 2 New Jersey and told me 2 stay with my father because i was so rebellious. I end up moving with my grandmother because my dad was staying with his sister. I've helped so many people only 2 be betray. I believe in the higher power and like Prince and i love everyone regardless of their nationality. The deference in the both of us is i procrastinate when it comes 2 accomplishing my goals.

I've been told that I'm a very talented spoken word artist. I'm 55 years young and I'm finally trying 2 let my voice be heard. i bought a guitar five years ago because Prince has inspired me 2 learn how 2 play. I've never taken lesson and my guitar is in my closet.

I guess going through a divorce and raising four children is the only excuse that i can come up with for procrastinating.

After visiting Paisley Park 3 times in October 2016 it has encourage me 2 pursue my career.

Every since I've left I've wanted 2 write about the experience of going 2 the Prince tribute, visiting his home and Prince leaving us.

Since I've left Minnesota i can't stop crying and i believe my healing will come when i write about it. i just want 2 know what happened, i don't believe what the media is telling us. Like Prince would say: Something in the water does not compute!

Usually when i feel something i trust my intuition. I refuse 2 discuss my feelings so don't ask. Prince is no longer in pain...He's free!!!

While i was in Minneapolis I gave so many of the performers my cd after the Prince Tribute at the after party.I Gave my cd 2 someone name Kirk When i was in at Paisley Park when i was in studio A Or B. i believe he said he was Prince dancer.

When we entered the last room were they showed footage of the Superbowl half-time performance there was a fence that held some of the fans cards and Teddy Bears. I notice that some of the fans were writing on a piece of paper and hanging it up on the fence inside Paisley Park. I remember that i had my cd with my picture on the front cover with my stage name on it " Poetic Ladychelle" I wrote hopefully Prince I'll meet you in Paradise in the Purple Rain. I left it on the floor and knew from that day forward i was going 2 be just like Prince. Hopefully before the end of this month my music will be on sound cloud, fb and the org. Even though it was competed November of last year it's not 2 late 2 let my voice be heard.Only i can make my dreams a reality.

i would have love 2 have had the experience of partying and sharing my lyrics with Prince, Larry and Tina Graham. Maybe in the new world!

I feel that Prince is at Peace he's not feeling any more pain. He was in so much physical pain, he gave us all he had 2 give. His sister Tyka mention that Prince told her 'I've done everything that I've come to do. This hurt's so Bad ....Tracy (Prince) Really Died IN April, it snowed in April! It will never be another Prince!

He was the brother that i never had, my friend and spiritual brother. Prince taught us 2 love one another. Through my music i hope i inspire people 2 love God and one just like Prince!!! My cd release is coming soon, I believe you'll enjoy it. i talk about Jehovah God the Christ, Prince and other artist who has inspired me. That's called a biography, how you get to the age of 55 without knowing that is beyond me, and to my knowledge Prince has never been interviewed for a specific book if that's what you mean.

DigitalGardener is right. Prince has never been interviewed (not that writers haven't tried probably) for a book written about him. Nor has he published an autobiography. Although I'd be interested to know what you read that you thought it was his book commissioned by him that told his story his way. Did all of us longtime hardcore fans miss that somewhere along the way in the past 37 years? The writers might have pulled 411 from interviews, or conversations with band mates, etc., but Prince has never sat down to have his life written out. That's why he made music. That's his story. I suppose a real fan would know all that, including the age at which is died. There have been many biographies written about him, most of which are crap. Only a small handful really dig and find great stories to put the puzzle of Prince together.

I know that I'll never be Prince. I admire his love for God, his generosity and his love for mankind. I've seen so many Artist who brag about the money and cars they have. Prince wasn't like that, he was so humble. How many celebrities do you know who has invited people 2 their home 2 party with them? I can recall only one other person that invited children in his home because he cared for them and it was used against him. i can't say his name because i don't think i can use Prince & this other artist name in the same post. i also admire how Prince did what he enjoyed in life which was writing, performing and creating music. All of his life his life he did what he enjoyed so it wasn't work 2 him.He had a very successful career. So when i say i want 2 be like Prince what i meant is i admire his character. All of my life i worked but I've never enjoyed what i was doing. i want 2 spend the rest of my life doing something that i enjoy which is performing my spoken words, freelance model and i would love 2 take dance lesson like I've have in the past.

Concerning the book i read this was four years ago so i can't remember the name. You're right, i do remember as i was reading they always wrote that their info concerning Prince came from a source. I guess i believed it because I've read some of the same info in other books or on the internet. Hope you're having a wonderfull day, i really don't like 2 argue.

He inspire me so much. I don't know why his leaving us has motivated me, maybe because i realize tomorrow isn't promised. I'm going 2 perform as if he's watching me.
