The pancakes were very dissapointing. Nit the lavender pancakes that he ate and not the special syrup. Some of the food were "versions" of what he ate like the chocolate cake, which was not that great. The black rice and squash curry was good. The lettuce wraps were good if you are a vegan and like that kind of thing. The rice krispy bars are really good and really rich. The PRN corn pizza was the best thing that I had but you have to go to the people's organic to get that.

My husband and I both loved the food. The tasting plate was soooooo good. I loved everything on it. Especially the lettuce wraps and the squash thing. And I didn't know about the lavender pancakes, but we did order pancakes and they were AMAZING. We barely used syrup because the pancakes were so good. You could tell they were a healthier version, but you didn't miss the unhealthy stuff. My husband and I thought they were some of the best pancakes we've ever had.
We left Sunday morning and before we did we headed Uptown to The People's Organic in Calhoun Square. I ordered the PRN Corn on Pizza and it was supurb! I also got a slice of the flourless chocolate mouse cake that was one of Prince's favorite dessert from there and it was amazing too. "Put on your boots Alfred...let's go!"

I'm still searching for a recipe for the vegan rice crispy bars. They were to die for! I've seen many recipes online but none look like the one's from PP. They were chewy and almost fell apart when you ate them. Most of the one's online look like they are crunchy. I almost wonder if there was something like bran mixed in or something. I can't stop craving them!!! Want to drive 9 hrs back to PP or the People's Organic to have another one. "Put on your boots Alfred...let's go!"

So how much did those who ordered a sample plate pay for it? I mean the plate that was posted here on the org, with the broccoli and some kale and a lettuce leaf with quinoa. Did you pay for every single item on it or for the whole plate? Looks good and yummy. And....has anyone tried the Tropical Smoothie? What are the ingredients, other than avocado ? The dessert descriptions are tempting me to go off track on my healthy food diet. My art book: http://www.lulu.com/spotl...ecomicskid

According to the article below the grilled cheese sandwich is not something Prince actually ate. Also, he apparently preferred to eat alone. Almost seems like he didn't like eating in front of others because he considered eating to be ungraceful. Interesting. http://www.citypages.com/.../399699171 Juell says it was more about grace. He didn’t like ungraceful eating, and he really didn’t like eating in front of other people, either, taking most of his meals alone. Still, he personally chose the dinner and flatware that he and his guests would dine with. “He had a say over everything,” Juell remembers, rigorously polishing the silverware that had to be spotless at all times. “I used to hate this silverware, and now I love it,” she says, tearing up, while she polishes and polishes. And, just because he made some of the world’s most important music, don’t think he didn’t know how to make an egg. Prince would sometimes scramble up a couple in Little Kitchen, alone in the mornings, before anyone else was around. Paisley Park is in your heart

I got the sampler plate for about $12 -- it included a combo of 4 - 5 different savory dishes, including a soup. It was pretty tasty; I'd call it a modest-sized meal. - You can also order individual items for around $5 each, I think. Either way, you have to order in advance online (or at least you did when I went 2 weeks ago).

Awwwww...he liked nutritional yeast on popcorn. I always put that on my popcorn. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
