Lying in bed at night, watching Prince on my ipad, I fall asleep, seeing him as a meteor or shooting star soaring across the night sky in a burning arc, moving at tremendous speed , his short life appearing and then gone into the blackness...

In 84 my gf n I went to see PR in Hollywood Ca. I can remember feeling so awestruck,excited,floored,in touch with an inspired self after seeing this movie. I had never heard or felt anything like it. It remained that way until the end. The man moved me in ways noone had, the music, his ability to tap into what I felt but would never really know how to express. Ive loved Bowie since I was 12 and he tapped a dark side in me and I loved it,but Prince oh fuck, my mind n body just got turned inside out. The fun at the shows,afterwards that scene n experience,his abilitys as an musician,artist,singer songwriter actor,fashion sense n nore, talk about a poineer wow. PR, UTCM,SOTT n all the other dvds I obtained .. awesome. I can remember literally crying in the theater when Chris died in that Cherry Moon scene, not now not him .. still chokes me up. He was such a good actor,funny,huge screen presence,warm .. Anyway, yep those cars dont pass you everyday. Man was something alright, shining star,meteor idk, A passing funky universe in our world here for a bit to shake things up n help us have some serious fun. Feel better feel good feel wonderful.

Miss you Prince bigtime sir, guitar/piano god... "Lets Have a Baby" was the song that was the inspiration n total reason for my wife n I to have our son.

Ill miss seein John Blackwell drummin, AWSOME drummer n seein SE on the kit or bangin her drums. It was magic

Cant get enuf of that funky stuff, hit me in the back hornz,beautiful night. This my people right here LA knows how to party gimme some salsa on the piano ..
