Hi Sistah! Yes it does. And (to me) it is easy because I can't stand to "work out". But, flip on the TV, or something on the computer and go to town. This way, it is multi-tasking...I don't have to think about it. My aim is for revolutions which up the "step" count on my fitbit. Now because work has become so all consuming, the best I can do is 10 minute sessions to get my step count to 12.5K.....expect some soreness and bruising. Damn, sounds like I'm teaching a high school sex class!
