I have trouble deciding, I love most of the album. The Future, Electric Chair, Lemon Crush, Batdance, Vicki Waiting are all amazing.
It would be a toss-up between Btadnace & The Future, and I think I'd have to go for Batdance on the strength of the guitar solo. ----------------------------------------------------------------------

Why do people razz on this album? Thematically and artistically, it's not SOTT, Purple Rain or even TRC caliber, but...it's not supposed to be!
I think it features one of the best styles he's ever employed - very dark and solitary, but still playful and poppy. Plus it's got one of my fave lyrics... When I'm workin' at my jobba, I'm the victim and U're the robba... Cracks me up every time. | |

Yeah I remember reading a review at the time and the critic was lauding the album saying that Prince conveyed the oppostion between Batman and The Joker better on record then they did on film.
