Well in that case 99% of the Org's Prince icons should be taken down too, and all the millions of Prince & co. pictures posted in threads. All the other accounts on Twitter or Facebook where people don't have themselves as their icons, but a picture of something or someone they like, like a favorite cartoon character or an actor/actress, or a musician or band, that they don't explicitly have the rights to use but that nobody really gives a rat's ass if they do because it's really not that deep.

These are just some kids, fans obviously, who are having fun of their own volition and on their own time. Simple as that. It's literally just an informal game of pretend, like you would play cops and robbers growing up with your neighborhood friends.

There's nothing to look further for. It's harmless. This isn't even a mole hill. No need to make a mountain out of it.

Ugh. I said it was harmless, didn't I? I'm certainly not making a mountain out of it. And, it's clear this actor doesn't care or she'd have them take it down (and she could). I don't know about the photographer, though. They are hella picky about how their work is used. That ain't no lie.

Regardless, the truth is the truth. You cannot assume that it's okay to post anything you find on the Internet just because your website is fun or you're a fan. Geez, pointing this out is not making a big deal of it. And, yes, it is a pet peeve of mine because I fight this battle weekly. University students use photographs, graphs, and other content they find on the Internet willy nilly without giving proper credit because they think if their intentions are good or fun or whatever that it's okay. The Internet is not your neighborhood. It really isn't.

I think we've established that this is not a crazy fan's delusional site; hence, no mountains are being made about it any more. That's all I'm saying on the matter.
