I don't think so. The income generated will go toward many things, such as maintenance of the building.

Actually, this is a very good question. Now as a museum, it's qualified for grant-funding. In addition, with Love4OneAnother, if it stays functioning, maybe can stay a non-profit if the right people are making sure of it. Possibilities are endless under these circumstances.

Income from non-profits always goes toward maintainence first.
