WHITECAPS Did a site search on WHITECAPS, seems like lots of people shit all over it when it was released. I like it, it's not the strongest track but it's nice & lulls me in when I let it play. Has a whole new meaning to me now of course, makes me sad (but what doesn't??). Anyway, just showing this track a little love...   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! . I really like it and did when it came out. I know people see it differently, but I think it is a lovely song. I like the arrangement.

I don't hate it - but it doesn't light me up in any way, either. I guess I'd call it "pleasant" - the tune is nice, but lyrically - meh. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

Don't hate the song, but don't think I have ever gone out of my way to listen to it. I would love to hear a version of the song with Prince on lead vocal (maybe it will appear someday?)... but yeah, the lyrics r kind of sad now.... |
