... Prince is back!

The Prince Revival starts here? Time Warner are
secretly re-editing and adding songs deleted from
Purple Rain, in a secret Arizona studio.

The new songs are believed to be Electric
Intercourse, Extra Lovable, These Things, Take
Me God! and The Dance Electric.

Prince seems to have cooled down from his
dispute with label Warners, and is even talking
of recording an album of 80s-style new material
ready for the cinema release of Purple Rain:
The Truth next summer.


Could be complete rubbish - but those kids do get some pretty good stories every once in a while.

God, I hope this isn't true

You know, I don't think Prince ever looks back, he's always interested in moving forward to the next phase.

That's one of the main reasons why he left Warners in the first place, because he wanted to release new material as soon as he made it and not wait for the last album to have every last possible cent squeezed from it. Geez, they're STILL squeezing Purple Rain!

And probably why he hasn't got around to releasing 'Crystal Ball II', it's old material, he doesn't like revisiting it.

That's why I don't believe this rumour.
