REELZ TV: Prince The Secret Life & Prince Purple Reign I saw previews of 2 Prince specials on the cable tv channel Reelz.
Prince: The Secret Life - The tragic final days of pop icon Prince are examined, as well as revealing aspects of his life that remained secret from people he was closest to for years.
Thursday October 20 8:00 - 9:00 pm
Prince: Purple Reign - The begining of pop icon Prince's music career and the tragic events leading up to his untimely death in the elevator of his Paisley Park studio are followed, which includes interviews from psychologists, music critics and fans.
Saturday October 22 9:00 - 10:00 pm
The station will also be showing both specials it at other times.

That was on almost immediately after his death, Its a national inquirer type series, This one on P was particully infuriating , they got most things wrong including the name of his child , its real trash all Brits who threw a lot of lies toghter to make a show. Yes it did.it was on one of the Reelz specials that they did on prince .I thought the secret life was the only one so far that's aired.one of the dudes being interviewed said something like "prince had many partners in the 80's and he bed a lot of people and we wouldn't rule out that some could've been men". This is a warning about the REELZ channel-it can be messy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You may not learn anything new and it may make you made!!!!! How do I know I watch the Secret Life of Prince when I aired in late Spring/early Summer but I lost interest real quick. I still have it taped. Sometimes its more flash than truth and as some of the previous posters have said, not always right. Beautiful, Loved and Blessed

i was at a family event a few weeks after and an aunt who works in local radio and all sorts of promotional stuff and and deep into stuff like 80s music. She was one of the people involved in a well knows guy's radio show... anyway one of the her cousins and her were talking about the show and I interjected I had heard it was pretty bad, poorly done (rushed) and not all that accurate... and he said something dismissive to me... like "what would you know about Prince..." and I walked away... a little while later he comes up and says "Sorry...she told me..." and says he was not really a fan past Parade... he said "don't watch it..." and then he said "did he name his kid that?" I said "Boy Gregory? No that was just like a place holder..." "Keep on shilling for Big Pharm!" |

I don't have access to Reelz. I want to hear feedback of people who watch it.
His son name is actually Amir according to Mayte and so I am going to address by that name.
And if Prince is bisexual so what? Too much LGBTphobia going on the org I swear these days and it became more evident after April 21. I missed the old days where this crap wouldn't slide as easily and what helped some of the former mods were also LGBT. | |
