What's the story behind all the moaning In A-U-T-O-matic

I love automatic it's so forgotten when we talk about his best work, But does anyone have any insight about that song? I was about 15 when I got 1999. I would have to say along with Sexuality, Automatic in my mind set him apart from anyone else I've ever heard.It wasn't till then that I understood sexual behavior as emotional.

That music was simply deep.

We all want a big hit again because
we want to relive the Hysteria & Pandemonium we experienced
when Purple Rain was Hot. Actually, he doesn't care if it happens again or not.

Moonbeam	Classic classic song. The moaning is just all part of the ride (musical and otherwise) that Prince takes his listener (and female companions in the song) on.
