I pre-ordered Sign O The Times on vinyl. I've seen two release dates: Oct 7 and Oct 21. Does anyone know which is correct?

I pre-ordered through Amazon when the initial Oct 7 date was in place. Then received an email from them advising the date had been pushed back to Oct 21. I think it's safe to assume release date is in fact the October 21st date.
