How could this schemer (smells like a schemer) sale the former St. John’s Missionary Baptist church claiming he still retained legal authority over the L4OA charity after leaving Prince’s employ in 2009?!?!?! Sounds very fishy!

Cuz he's an unscrupulous crook who lives in Tampa which is heavy with all sorts of deceptive identity theft types of crimes (irs scams, realty scams, etc). I read the first article here thatLaura postedand another in amgazine as I lew to Miami. He's also written in some law publication and has a pretty impressive network who he also has scammed. P fought some scam he did in Atlanta with a big hair show saying he could book P there for a performance and I think they ruled against him but since April he's really trippin. Londell needs to get real "brotha" and beat his azz..

Yes you're right! I read the whole article, and dude better watch out for karma!!! Because from that article he does sound crooked and sleazy as all get out.
