Prince-like Guitars! Found this one guitar maker a few years back at the NAMM show. Was surprised to find guitars that seemed to be inspired by Prince guitars or at least like something created for Prince!

Whats going on with the first guitar? It looks like there is another set of 4 strings at the top of guitar with their own pick-ups. There is no fingerboard for these strings so what do you think they are? I think the only thing they can be is a set of sympathetic strings to harmonise with what is being played on the main fingerboard, bit like a sitar. Any ideas?? | |

Prince had a guitar like the second one during the Batman era. But he rarely used it. I remember seeing a picture of a guitar that looked very similar to this one here at the time (and no: I´m not talking about the black cloud guitar he also used then). See the man with the blue guitar, maybe one day he`ll be a star... | |

Looks like a decorative feature. Experimental. But it looks like it's definetly a Bass guitar hybrid of sorts. But non-fretted. | |
