also I was saying back when it happened that some times some unknown song is found... and it get some attention. But with Prince it will be albums....

Listened to the Dr Funkenberry Podcast and the engineer was awesome. That led me to listen to the Oct 2010 Peach & Black Podcast and P met the hosts of the show at the Appolo Theatre in NYC for them to attend a press conference and afterwards they all hung out P definitely told them that ownership of the masters of all 6 of his first albums and that those are in The Vault, plus an original extended versions of Ador, Laydown and Lavaux . P&B mentions that if P remastered each album up until 2014 that there would be several more remasters in The Vault. Also P was very cagey about the possible existance a Montreaux DVD, but P also hinted at possible complications as to why it was never released officially.

I heard originally restaurant then when that was no go a video recording area.
There was also speculation at one point that it would be used for CD pressing and distribution. Again, just speculation. |
