During the "innerviews" section of the "Rave Unto the Year 2000" DVD, it shows Prince in the studio playing an incredibly beautiful guitar solo from 3 mins 20 secs to 4 mins. It starts straight after Prince says that if he feels like listening to new music he just writes his own. The camera initially focuses on Prince jamming away, alternating between blue and white guitars. It then shifts to clips of other musicians being interviewed, but you can still hear Prince's amazing guitar solo in the background up to the 4 minute mark.

Does anyone here know which song that guitar solo is originally from? Was Prince just freestyling, or was it actually from a song by Prince or another artist?
