Interesting! Her comments about Prince being a simple, down to earth person looking for an everyday type of person...about meeting his mother who was just like anyone's mom. That he was "funny" and tried to get her to laugh when she first met him.
That she was not realy keen to meet him because he was known to be a bit strange and she was more a fan of Michael Jackson. But she worked with him for two years all over the world. He'd fly her to where he would be...on the Concorde to NYC once.
He asked her to come work for him and he would double her salary, but she "didn't want to live in a golden cage"--that was his life. Also she didn't want to be isolated from her family and friends.
Last time she saw him was in 2001 shortly after his father passed on and Prince was in mourning. Also around the time he became a JW and she is a devout Catholic. It didn't mesh.

No. The interviewer thought she meant he proposed marriage, but she quickly corrected him. He wanted her to work exclusively for him dancing. They made two videos, but one was never released, but she has her copy--VHS--in "her garage".
