Is it strange for anyone else to see "museum" behind the words Paisley Park?

I wish they could just leave it at ...Paisley Park. And the museum title is more of a formality as far as zoning I guess. And in a way it is sort of a museum as far as how it's ran... Just makes me sad to think of it as anything other than just......Paisley Park. sad

Paisley Park 'museum' sounds like something old that's in the past. And many people now refer to Paisley Park as Prince's house, or his estate. It's not a house, it's a building. Even though Prince had been staying there, a recording studio production facility isn't a house.

Yes it sounds dumb. You don't hear about the "Graceland Museum". It's just "Graceland" and it should just be "Paisley Park".

It's no stranger than it is to see the word "Paisley" behind the word "Park".

Certainly no stranger than seeing Paisley Park behind all these other words. In my opinion anyway.

It's strange, but better than many other words...

i'm okay with it because the word museum implies a place for the Muses to hang out/ a place to be. i'm sure that the muses are very beautiful and that Prince would be okay with this word and what it implies. Maybe he knew and could see the Muses when he was in physical form.

It's classified as a museum but no one is calling it Paisley Park Museum. It's just called Paisley Park.
