Thanks very much! We are writing this book at a much greater level of granularity than Possessed (as well as with a different approach overall). The granularity brings with it length. So indeed, this will be a volume that covers a discrete part of Prince's life -- in effect the "origins story." Depending on how this goes, other volumes are a strong possibility. My interest is in finding new things to explore. Inevitably, there will be some crossover with Possessed (and other books, for that matter), but if there isn't something new to say, that's of less interest to me. But with that said, people are approaching us with a fair amount of new information on any number of topics.

regarding the draft of the Foreward, (or whatever the draft Preface was termed,) I think its a significant misstep to state that certain folks were playing his songs publicly on the initial news of his death to "say goodbye."

That's not what was happening in those moments.
