Thank you North - However that is not my experience. I do not mind the ebb and flow. My relationship with the dead (such as both parents) changes as I live on. You remember and realize things you did not "get" before. The happiness and the sadness deepen for me. Not a raw wound but always there as a part of my life.

Saw a rainbow yesterday. This year, I've seen the most rainbows I've seen in years! I think of him everytime I see one. He's the purple in my rainbow Welcome home class. We've come a long way. - RIP Prince |

Yup. Broke down last night. I hadn't for a few days though. I still can't understand why I'm grieving so long. I asked Prince what he was planning to do. He told me , I'm going to look for the ladder. I asked him what that meant. All he said was, sometimes it snows in April. - book D.M.S.R. | |

Yeah I do..when I don't expect it. Today it was this interview with T-Boz. http://www.people.com/art...ers-genius sometimes it's a song. Someone mentioned Minnestoa and I choked up. His influence, his friends, his music is everywhere and so is he. But I still miss him. ..Hello, who is it?

Dunno why it's hitting me hard tonight, maybe I just had an emotional/stressful day but he's on my mind... & not in a "I'm learning to cope with this" kinda way, but a "damn, WHYYYYY THE FUCK" kinda way. Just missing his presence on earth, it's never gonna feel quite right... Heavy heart right now, hadn't cried in a minute...    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Yes it comes on me in waves too - I am OK then I will think how he is not here and my eyes get wet again - it comes at unexpected times and yes when I see a Rainbow I think of him too - it is funny that. I am so surprised I am still so sad over someone I never met - but I am and have to try and deal with it as we all do. Thank you Prince for every note you left behind 💜 | |
