Stockholm 1986, Parade tour Got up off nights yesterday, put You tube on, I must say I've not watched much Prince since his passing. Watched the whole of this concert, absolutely bang on it, He only picked the guitar up to play Purple Rain at the end. Quite why he broke this band up I'll never know, I know the band that followed was fantastic but Wendy and Lisa was a big loss for him creatively. I got into prince at this time, and now I know why. There were no endless solo's, the band was so tight and I always like that strange edge to his music when Wendy and Lisa were involved. This was perfection !

This was perfection ! --- Because the Sign of the Times band was a thousand times better. After I watched the 2009 and 2013 Montruex Jazz Fest are incrediable. Much better bands. No knock on the Revolution but he went up not down.
