I see it more as an early version of Shockadelica ("put you in a trance") with a bit of Little Red Corvette (the car references) thrown in. All these songs are about women who sort of put a spell on you. Funny how everybody compares it to different songs! [Edited 9/17/16 13:49pm]

Yeah the subject matter definitely puts me in mind of Shockadelica, I also think I hear a little bit of G-Spot in the mid-pace funk groove, not necessarily because it resembles it melodically or anything but stylistically seems quite similar.

Someone made a sped up version which really brings out the Camille quality.

More Whiskey, please! Dopamine Suite is ruined by the female(s?) voice(s?), there is something about her voice/tone, unbearable. Hopefully, there is a version with just HIS voice, an all instrumental version, or taking out the current female voice once the whiney babble begins.

In my humble opinion, Come Elektra Tuesday, Roadhouse Garden and 9 to 5 people are keepers. The rest are worth getting for their curiosity value.

Since Prince's passing I've pretty much resisted listening to any of his music(too painful). I'm finally starting to be able to hear his music without becoming all sad and shit...

Come Elektra Tuesday is nice. And I'm really digging 9 to 5. Love his guitar tone on that one. Ready to spend money on proper, official releases.
