I can see where folks think it sounds similar. There's a keyboard hook in there that is quite similar to the main hook on IIWYG. The tempo is similar. But overall, it's a very different song.

I just thought the vault was sealed until everything was documented for his estate. It wasn't a silly question ☺ But it's good news if they could already find and use such material as this. Gives hope for future releases. Although I preferred new material from Prince himself instead of hoping for posthumous vault releases.

they don't have access to the vault material. questlove has had these tracks for a long time.

i doubt people like tyka or londell even know exactly what was unreleased from the dj set at
1st avenue.

only hardcore fans or people who were there for the recording of these tracks know that the
majority of them were not released on any official format.
