My all-time favorite Prince song, out of the many hundreds I have heard. It just fills me with joy to hear it and it just fees like a celebration of life. I just had to say it and I wonder how many other people love that one too.

It was really nice seeing him perform it on the piano at the two Atlanta shows..was probably the highlight of the show for me although Question of U and How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore came close.

This is funky! As great as the Purple Rain album is, there's not a lot of funk on it, but this track proves that he hadn't forgotten his funk roots. I didn't even think about the live versions of it, but yes of course there's that monster long version from the Purple Rain tour...such great memories.

Yes great point and I actually consider them both to be one song. You can't have one without the other. It just doesn't work.
