The Minnesota River is flooded from all of the rain we've had this summer. There are detours all over Henderson. So if it's not actually underwater, it's probably been deemed unsafe for a little while. | |

Yeah, it runs practically parallel to the river, so any flooding at all would affect traffic along the road. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |
