Lets never forget Prince the humanitarian

On the day Prince died Van Jones was on t.v telling the world about how Prince should be remembered for more than the music. Prince was a philanthropist, he donated his money and time for good causes that we only found out about after he died. I just re-watched some of those interviews and the tears started all over again. Let's remember this side of him and be proud of our man for everything he gave from his heart to help others.
Baby, you're a star.

millionairess

I love hearing of the humanitarian side of him.

I call myself "millionairess" because it is more motivating than "paycheck2paycheck"

It was my favorite of all the interviews about Prince.

Van really did right by Prince.

I believe that whether most of us remember it or not, that was the interview that made the world realize what most of us had all not known about Prince.

I've loved Van ever since because of that. It was the most lovely tribute any friend could give.

Thank you.
Very well put. Vans words were indeed amazing and just made feel even more in awe of our sweet Prince.
