It was intended for Graffiti Bridge, and was part of an early configuration of Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic. It was on a later config of Rave later on, too.

Mavis recorded it, as we know. I think it should have been on The Voice, but for whatever reason it wasn't.

Frankly, Prince should have put it on the 1998 Crystal Ball set, at least (like disk 1). There was plenty of space on every disk for way more songs.

Mavis should perform this gem at the memorial tribute. Other suggestions would be "Positivity", "Come Home", "Time Waits 4 No One" & "Jaguar".
