Yep, our house flooded. 3 feet of ocean water. Lost a living area, laundry room, a big garage of stuff, and 2 cars. AC units too, have fans only right now. Every day is cleaning, throwing stuff out to the curb, dealing with stinky mud, and brown poop water.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I cannot imagine having to deal with all of that and how you are able to stay sane enough these past weeks to deal with all of that. Thank God you and your family made it through all that mess. And a big Thank God that your Prince loaded computer made it through too!

Thanks everybody. Stayin positive. Stuff can be replaced. Hey, at least that part of my house is getting really clean! I can't tell y'all how happy I am that my niece unplugged my computer before we evac'd. Hubby said it could be replaced, we had to go & leave it. Apparently, he doesn't realize just how much those pics mean to me!!

This reminds me of the rocking horse that we bought our daughter for christmas a few years ago... We still have it. It used to neigh and make a galloping sound when you press its ears but it doesn't anymore. They still sell them now here, for those interested. You might be able to get it just in time for Christmas.
