LBrent	I've been trying to digest what Tyka said and I think that just knowing that he knew what was happening to him and was choosing his own...ending??? Doesn't matter. Knowing that P knew what was going on gives me peace. I don't need to know anything else. He knew. I will miss him forever, but now I feel better about enjoying what he left us instead of concentrating on how he left us.

So... I don't post here a whole ton, but I've been lurking for a while - particularly on this thread and its predecessor. wink

I wanted to say that I'm very glad to see NurseV back because I missed her, and that I really enjoy a whole lot of y'all's posts. Nurse, NinaB, LBrent, Babynoz, CalhounSquare, Spinster, PliablyPurple and more - I don't interact with you all much, but you are so much fun to read. Thanks. <3

I agree LB. It's been a rough week finding out that Prince knew. I also have a great friend dying of cancer. A good long life but still crushing. Because we know we have time to say goodbye.

Hearing Tyka was very cathartic for me. Seeing the video of him singing Purple Rain in Amsterdam May 2014 it struck me that he knew it was coming. Inviting folks to take care of Paisley Park, walking offstage then coming back with balloons and releasing them. dove dove
